JIUJIANG UNIVERSITY 毕 业 论 文 题 目 高校校园快递运营模式创新研究—— 以九江学院为例 英文题目 Study on Operation Mode of the College Campus Express —JiuJiang Universities as an example 院 系 经济与管理学院 专 业 国际经济与贸易 姓 名 卓 开 文 班级学号 A111343 学籍编号 11101030343 指导教师 李华 王海翔 二零一五年六月摘 要 伴随着电子商务的飞速发展，快递行业在近几年的发展速度相当的惊人。高校快递业呈现出几乎疯狂的增长形态。高校作为一个人口极度密集的特殊区域、其发展模式与时俱进的做出调整与创新就显得尤为重要。本文以九江学院快递为例，对高校快递做出了深入的分析、对运营模式创新进行了探讨。 本文首先简要介绍了目前国内快递的发展现状以及高校对快递行业的需求，其次对当前高校快递业在发展过程中存在的主要问题进行了深入剖析，并就如何解决这些问题提出了相应对策。最后在前文分析的基础上结合九江学院的实际，设计由学校后勤宿舍管理系统与快递企业共同组建校园分拨中心系统和宿舍包裹自提点系统的运营模式。分析认为，这一系统将高校校园快递资源进行高度整合，将快递收发业务分离同高校后勤宿管系统结合，对校园快递市场进行深度优化并加以规范高效管理，实现高效快递规模化改革创新具有一定的借鉴意义。 【关键词】高校快递；快递新模式；校企合作 ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of e-commerce, the express industry in recent years the development speed is quite amazing, the express industry in colleges and universities present almost crazy growth pattern.
