HUNAN UNIVERSITY 毕 业 设 计 设计题目 项目招标策划 —以湖大德智园研究生公寓为例 学生姓名 赵景 学生学号 20040140115 专业班级 建筑设计6-091班 学院名称 南方职业技术学院 指导老师 唐清 学院院长 肖岩 2010年11月25日 项目招标策划 —以湖大德智园研究生公寓为例 摘 要 我国从2000年1月1日起实施《中华人民共和国招标投标法》以来，招标投标工作已经走过八年的时间了。通过八年的发展，我国招标投标的制度在逐步完善，特别是很多相关部门和地方相继出台了一些与《中华人民共和国招标投标法》相配套的规范制度，招标投标工作也越来越规范化。招标投标改变了传统选择承包商的方式，通过市场的竞争机制来选择价格较低、实力较强的承包商，让招标人真正享受到了市场机制带来的效益，同时也能促进承包方不断提高管理水平，降低企业成本。招标投标在建筑市场上的应用也将越来越广泛。本设计主要是站在建设方的角度，结合我国招标投标相关的法律法规，对招标工作及其时效性和经济性进行分析，并将其理论知识运用到具体项目的招标策划中。 Project Tender Planning —Based on the Project of Hunan University Dezhi Graduate Apartment Abstract Since implementating The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Bid Invitation and Bidding from January 1, 2000, the bidding work has gone eight years. Bidding changes the traditional way of choosing contractors. Through the market mechanism of competition to select stronger contractors of lower prices, tenderee really enjoy the benefits of market mechanisms, but the mechanism can also promote the contractor continuously to improve management level and reduce business costs. Bidding on the construction market will also be more widely applied. This design unifies the bid related laws and regulations in our country, carries on the analysis to the tender work and the effectiveness and the efficiency mainly in the angle of the owner, and utilizes its theoretical knowledge in the tender plan of specific items.
