浙江艺术职业学院学生体质健康现状的调查与对策研究 摘要 知识教育不仅要提高学生的知识文化水平，而且要提高学生的整体身体素质。随着我国社会经济建设的不断发展，基础教育资金投入也不断增加，学生的生活条件也得到了改善，学生体质也得到了健康的发展。与此同时，在经济环境不断好转的情况下，学生的偏食、饮食不规律、缺乏运动也不断增加，这些对学生体质的长期健康发展产生了不良的影响。因此，不断提高学生身体健康发展水平，为祖国培养优秀的人才是教育的重中之重。本文以浙江艺术职业学院学生的体质健康为研究对象，分析浙江艺术职业学院学生体质健康发展的现状，在分析过程中以身高体重、BMI指数、肺活量、仰卧起坐、50米跑为调查分析对象，对学生的体质相关指数进行分析，指出影响浙江艺术职业学院学生体质健康发展的因素，提出促进浙江艺术职业学院学生体质发展的对策，以便为浙江地区教育行政部门制定学校体育卫生工作发展规划、科学开展学校体育卫生工作提供参考，本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、测试法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法，以浙江艺术职业学院学生体质健康状况为研究对象，将其体质健康测试数据进行汇总和统计分析，并提出提高浙江艺术职业学院学生体质健康发展的对策。 关键词：浙江；艺术职业学院；体质健康 abstract Education should not only improve the knowledge level of the students, but also to improve their overall physical quality.
