静脉留置针致静脉炎的相关因素分析 苏州大学附属第二医院 徐伶 褚安红 李照昕 （中国 苏州215004） 【摘要】 目的：了解静脉留置针病人发生静脉炎的因素，以便为制定针对性的对策提供参考。方法：对120例病人使用静脉留置针所致静脉炎的相关因素进行分析。均使用美国BD公司生产带肝素帽的静脉留置针;固定使用3M一次性透明敷贴。结果：本组120例病人，发生静脉炎总共17例，静脉炎发生率为14.16％。结果显示（1）静脉穿刺部位为近心端的静脉炎发生率为6.57％，远心端的静脉炎发生率为27.27％。（2）输入刺激性药物静脉炎发生率为32.56%,输入非刺激性药物静脉炎发生率为3.89％。（3）输入液体量1500ml静脉炎发生率为22.72%,输入液体量1500ml静脉炎发生率为3.70％。（4）留置时间7天静脉炎发生率为19.14％，留置时间5～7天静脉炎发生率为15.89％，留置时间 5天静脉炎发生率为2.56％。结论：静脉炎的发生与远端静脉穿刺、输入刺激性药物、液量大及封管药物技术等有关。通过合理选择静脉、正确输入药液、选择恰当的封管液、提高护理操作技术及健康教育可以影响病人静脉炎的发生率，以便于静脉留置针的安全使 【关键词】 静脉留置针 静脉炎 护理 Intravenous catheter needle caused phlebitis Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University Emergency department Xu Ling Chu An-Hong Li Zhao Xin ( suzhou China 215004) 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze causes of phlebitis by venous indwelling needle,so as to work out pertinentmeasures.
