毕 业 论 文 二〇〇八 年 六 月  本科生毕业论文 基于FANUC数控系统的教学实验系统开发 ---电气柜设计技术研究 Comprehensive Experimental Development Based on the Laboratory Bench of FANUC NC System ------ Design of electronic cabinet 专业班级：学生姓名：指导教师：系 别：机械工程系 2008 年 6 月 摘 要 数控机床电气柜不仅仅是数控机床电气部件的载体，而且是这些电气部件的保护层。数控机床整机的可靠性和稳定性不仅仅取决于数控机床中每一个元器件的可靠性和稳定性，而且取决于各个元器件标定的运行条件在数控机床的运行过程中是否得到满足。电气柜的作用是保证安装在其中的电气部件能够工作在其标定的运行条件范围内。 本文简单的介绍了中国数控机床工业的迅速发展以及相关的电气柜技术的发展。阐述了常用电器元件（如：接触器，继电器等）在电气柜中的应用。对配线的基础知识、电器配线的工艺与电器的安装进行了详细介绍，最后，通过数控机床电气柜及其部件的安装与电气柜中的布线详细介绍了如何防止电磁干扰，电气柜中各部件的保护接地以及电气柜在数控机床的使用进行了研究。关键词：电气柜；电器元件；配线技术；电气兼容性 ABSTRACT The electronic cabinet of NC machine tool is not only the carrier of electronic components, but also the protection. The reliability and stability of the whole NC machine tool are not only decided by the reliability and stability of each components, it also determined by the operation condition of each components required whether fit the demands of NC Machine Tool during the process of operation. The electronic cabinet is used to ensure the components which been fixed in could working within the limits of operation condition . The article brief introduced the rapid development of the Machine control unite type DNC in China and the development of some related electrical cabinets. This article expatiate the application of some common electrical components (e.g: contactor, relay and so on). It also introduced the basic knowledge of wiring, the electrical wiring and electrical installation in details. At last, it introduced how to prevent electromagnetic interference in details through the installment of electronic cabinet and its components and the electrical wiring in the cabinet. And it also investigated on the usage of electronic cabinet and the protection of every component which would be connected into ground.
