贸易中的环境问题及其对策——以青岛市 贸易与环境协调发展为例 摘要 随着世界经济的高速发展和全球范围内环境保护浪潮的兴起，对外贸易的可持续发展已成为国际社会的共识。它是实现外贸﹑经济﹑生态环境与社会效益的相互统一，其核心问题在于贸易与环境之间关系的协调。 青岛市作为重要的沿海开放城市，其对外贸易虽然取得了重大成就，但在对外贸易与环境保护上并没有取得协调发展，产生了一定的矛盾和冲突。如何协调二者的关系已成为青岛市面临的严峻而又现实的问题。本文在分析贸易与环境的关系的基础上，结合青岛实际，提出各级政府协调对外贸易与环境之关系的具体对策和建议。 [关键字] 对外贸易 环境保护 协调发展 ABSTRACT With the development of the world economy and the rise of the global environmental protection, sustainable development has become the common understanding of international community. It is the realization of foreign trade, economic, ecological and social benefits of mutual unity. The core problem is that the relationship between trade and environment coordination. Qingdao is an important economic city and open coastal city of China. The 20 years’’ reforming and opening to the outside world has obtained great achievements in the foreign trade field. But meanwhile, foreign trade and environment protection have not developed coordinately. There are conflicts between them, which will harm the sustainable development of Qingdao economy. how to coordinate the relationship between the two has become a grim and reality problem. Therefore , analysis of the relationship between trade and environment and to achieve the mutual harmonization of the two. Light of the actual, the author hold that countermeasures and propose between the foreign trade and environment problem for the governments at all levels.
