In particular, the high requirement of graphite products and its composite material to the purity of graphite, carbon content above 99% mostly. Flotation method, though simple process and low cost, far short of taste requirements. Alkali acid and hydrofluoric acid and so on several commonly used ones are of high purity graphite production methods is not very mature from the equipment and process technology, so it is necessary for high purity graphite to study the preparation technology, safe and efficient green preparation of graphite materials. Tungsten acid , phosphotungstic acid and phosphorus is slightly weak acidic molybdate in hydrofluoric acid, non-toxic, corrosive small, the experiment respectively studied the several acid purified natural flake graphite, phosphotungstic acid at 90 ℃ and graphite to mass ratio of 1:1 mixed evenly mixing 3.5 h for better process conditions, high carbon graphite purification can be 97.28% to 99.05% of high purity graphite. In to solve the problems of the purity of graphite, and reduce the pollution to the environment and hurt human body, leading the graphite industry healthy and orderly and sustainable development.
