本科毕业论文 课题名称：企业执行力存在的问题及提升研究 —以广州联福置业有限公司为例 　　 　　　　　　　　 学 号：_____________________ 姓 名：_____________________ 学 院：_____________________ 专 业：_____________________ 指导教师：_____________________ 开题时间：_____________________ 摘要 企业发展受多种因素的共同作用，但归结起来，不外乎外在和内在两种因素。外在因素主要指企业发展的环境因素，如政策法规、环境以及经济和社会的发展水平等。内在因素则主要表现在企业高层领导的战略以及企业的核心竞争力，即企业执行力。执行力缺失往往导致一个详密的战略变为一纸空文，执行力黑洞吞噬了企业巨大的人力、物力、财力，却难以达到企业的预期目标，对企业的整体利益产生了影响。本文对国内外执行力的研究现状进行了比较分析，并深入究其原因，从执行力的相关概念入手，调查分析广州联福置业有限公司的执行力问题并加以研究，在其存在的问题的基础上研究其对策，以完善该公司的各项规章制度，确保能有效提高该公司的执行力与整体利益。 关键词 企业，执行力，提升 ABSTRACT The common role of enterprise development by many factors, but in the aggregate, and nothing more than two external and internal factors. External factors mainly refers to the development of the enterprise environmental factors, such as policies and regulations, environmental, and economic and social development level, etc. Internal factors are mainly the senior leadership in the enterprise strategy and enterprises core competitiveness, namely enterprise execution. Lack of execution often leads to a meticulous strategy become a dead letter, executive force of a black hole swallowed enterprise huge manpower and material resources, financial resources, but hard to achieve the anticipated target of the enterprise, has influenced the overall interests of enterprises. At home and abroad in this paper, the research present situation has carried on the comparative analysis of executive force, and further investigate its reason, from execution of the relevant concepts of investigation and analysis of Guangzhou lian fu real estate co., LTD., and study the problems, on the basis of the problems existing in the research on the countermeasures to improve the companys each rules and regulations, to ensure that can effectively improve the executive force and the overall interests of the company.
