毕 业 论 文  摘要 时至今日，旅游已不再是日常大众眼中所不可触及的领域，它已经是我们日常生活中的一部分，享受旅程，享受自由的旅游方式越来越成为人们出游所考虑的问题。自国务院部署智慧旅游开始，合乎人民心心意的，满足大众需要的智能化旅游方式已经成为城市展现自身旅游竞争力，最近几年，伴随云处理器的革新换代、移动数据端的普及、大数据的优化升级，作为与信息技术有着密切相关的旅游产业不断加强自身的智能化发展，智慧旅游的提出与发展就这样应运而生了。 几年来，伴随着移动数据端的普及，数据时代的到来，如何才能在智慧旅游这块大蛋糕中分一块，逐渐成为县级城市旅游发展的关键。但是，众所周知，智慧旅游的发展不可能一蹴而就，所以现在并没有那个县级城市有更好的成果呈现。本文通过研究平潭县的旅游资源，智慧旅游的发展路线，开创平潭县智慧旅游新局面，实现平潭县智慧旅游的蓬勃发展。 全文共分为五个部分： 第一部分主要介绍本文的研究背景和研究的意义、国内外关于城市智慧旅游中的研究进展、及其主要的内容跟研究方法。 第二部分是全文所涉及到的基本概念及重要理论。重点对信息技术对县级城市智慧旅游发展的影响的相关概念做出解析，并引进了本文研究的智慧旅游的框架、县级城市旅游的发展模式、概念。 第三部分分析了平潭县智慧旅游的发展现状。同时有分析平潭县的智慧旅游的信息技术、旅游资源、经济基础、市场需要、区位条件、区域环境、政府行为、企业行为、人力资源，并对适合平潭县的智慧旅游发展模式提出构思、分析、总结。 第四部分针对第三章所分析的现状进行设计，提出进一步稳定发展平潭县智慧旅游发展的途径。 第五部分是对本论文研究进行最后的研究结论，同时指出本论文所估计不到的地方，并对此提出自己所设想的展望。 关键字：县城旅游 智慧旅游 智能化  ABSTRACT To this day.
