第八章 引燃火工品 Ignition Devices 引燃火工品的概念 定义： 它是一种产生火焰的装置，它通过接受外界提供的初始冲能（机械、热、电能、光能等）而激发。 引燃火工品的概念 Ignition devices Definition： It is the full appellation for the ignition purpose of all devices which output deflagr-ation, initiated by initial energy impulse such as the mechanical, thermal, electric and light energy etc. 分类：引信火帽、底火、点火具 引信火帽, Fuze primer/cap—引信传爆序列的第一个发火元件，用于引燃火焰雷管中压制的起爆药、压制的延期药柱、点火药等。 底火, Percussion primer—炮弹、枪弹发射药筒传火序列的第一个发火元件，用于引燃药筒点火药、发射药等。 点火具, Igniter—火箭、导弹发动机传火序列的第一个发火元件，用于引燃点火药、推进剂等。 分类：引信火帽、底火、点火具 Fuse primers—The first firing element in high explosive train of a fuze, which is used to ignite the pressed charge of primary explosive, delay composition column, and ignition composition. Percussion primers—The first firing element in low explosive train of an artillery/gun or bullet cartridge, which is used to ignite the ignition composition or gun powder of a cartridge. Igniters—The first firing element in low explosive train of a rocket or missile motor, which is used to ignite the ignition composition or propellant. 设计的基本要求Basic requirements for design 1. 适当的感度（输入性能）： 感度上限,Higher threshold of sensitivity：受弹药提供的控制信息（初始能量）能可靠发火。如引信击针的针刺能、枪机或炮闩的撞击能、导弹或火箭弹内部能源供给的电能或热能等，确保在有限的能量供给下可靠地发火。 设计的基本要求 2. 足够的点火能力（输出性能）, Sufficient ignition output：输出应能可靠引燃传火序列的下一级装药。要根据传火序列的下一级装药被点燃的输入要求，设计输出药的药剂种类和药量。输出大小一般以药量多少表示。 8.1 设计的基本要求 1.
