关于山西王家岭煤业有限公司 采区变电所防越级跳闸系统设计及实施 摘要 煤矿安全、高效生产的需求，对矿井供电的运行可靠性提出了更高的要求，而目前矿井供电可靠性技术的发展普遍滞后于煤炭产能的需求。由于矿井特殊的生产作业环境和发展历程，受矿井供电负荷增长、供电距离延伸和井下电网结构的特殊性等因素的影响，作为大负荷用电的煤矿电网，仍然沿用一些传统的供电设备和防护技术已不能满足矿井电网特殊的技术需求当系统发生故障时，保护装置因不能实现选择性配合而出现了“越级跳闸”，造成供电系统正常运行时本不该发生的大范围停电，引发矿井重要负荷的停电、停风事故，严重威胁煤矿安全生产，成为煤矿电网保护选择性配合的技术难题 针对煤矿井下配电网络中普遍存在的电流保护无法满足选择性及速动性要求，导致的越级跳闸的问题，文中提出了一种通过光纤传输信号实现上下级电流保护间的信息交换，从而解决上下级保护配合问题的方法。该方法能够解决电流保护的选择性问题，同时还不失其速动性，从原理上解决系统越级跳闸问题，在实践中得到了有效的应用。采用该原理的电流保护同时可作为母线故障的主保护，解决中低压供电系统母线故障保护配置存在死区的问题。 关键词：煤矿配电网络，防越级跳闸，电流保护，实践应用 ABOUT SHANXI WANGJIALING COAL CO.LTD.
