胶球清洗系统介绍Introduction of The Sponge Rubber Ball On-load Cleaning System 山东电力建设第一工程公司 Shandong Electric Power Construction NO.1 Company 汽机施工处 张 林 Turbine Construction Department LYNN 系统简介 Overview of The System 胶球清洗系统采用直径略大于凝汽器管子内径的海绵胶球。在循环水压力的作用下，通过胶球与管子内径之间的摩擦，来清洗管子内壁，以维持凝汽器管子的清洁度，从而保证凝汽器管有较高的热交换效率。 The diameter of the sponge rubber ball is slightly larger than the condenser tube’s in the sponge rubber ball on-load cleaning system. Under the pressure of the circulating cooling water, It uses balls to clean the inside surface of condenser tube bundles continuously through rubbing each other, to ensure condenser tubes having a higher heat exchange efficiency. 该系统设置两个相同的独立回路，各自清洗对应的凝汽器内的管子。每个回路包括胶球泵、装球室、收球网、胶球分配器、阀门及管道。 The system arranges two independent loops cleaning their own tubes in the condenser. Each loop includes rubber ball pump, ball room, strainer , rubber ball dispenser, valves and pipes. 工作顺序The Order of Operation 1. 先后开启胶球泵和气动阀2，从收球网侧面来的循环水经胶球泵送出后，通过装球室、气动阀2和胶球分配室进入循环水进水管道，以建立水流循环3分钟以上。随后开启气动阀1，胶球经气动阀1进入循环水进水管道，开始清洗管道，并经收球网回收后重新进入装球室。如此循环，已达到清洗清洗管子的目的。 1.First,opening the rubber ball pump and pneumatic valve 2, the circulating cooling water coming form the side of the strainer flows through the rubber ball pump, the ball room, the pneumatic valve 2 and the rubber ball dispenser into the circulating cooling water pipeline, then sets up the circulation more than 3 minutes.
