Undergraduate: Zhao Xizhong Undergraduate Number: Supervisor: Prof. Gu Yilei Major: Mining Engineering College of Resources and Environmental Science Chongqing University June 2010 摘 要 重庆松藻煤电有限责任公司石壕煤矿井田内地质构造比较简单，控制本的主要构造为斜。XK8-6/110-KBT防爆蓄电池机车ABSTRACT The geologic structure in the coalfield of Shihao Mine,Songzao Coal Electric Co.Ltd. is simple, the main structure is Yangchatan Anticline . The main coal seams that is designed has three layers.The burying depth is 6# coal seam,7# coal seam and 8# coal seam from shallow to deep.Their average thickness is 0.87m,1.01m and 2.56m respectively.Their angle of dip is 5o～o,the average is 16o,so they belong to low-pitched seams. The mine has high gas and danger of coal and gas burst, its relative gas emission rate is 80m3/t. All of coal seams has danger of coal-dust explosion . The designed capacity of the mine is 0.9 million t/a and the expected life of the mine is 57 years. Based on technique and economy comprisions,the plan chooses main inclined shaft and assistant shaft development for the mine,adopts long wall mining method along the strike and comprehensive mechanized coal mining.The auxiliary haulage system is separated from the main haulage,and the auxiliary haul system adopts the tramcar haulaged by anti-explosion accumulator locomotive system, which can satisfy the transportation of person , equipment, material and refuse. The main haul system adopts adhesive tape conveyor with 800mm by width, so the coal can be transported from the mining openning to the groud without person.The two-way diagonal ventilation system is used for the first level. The development scheme and the mining method after a series comparisons of technique and economy can both be fulfilled the request of the mine
