摘 要 中小企业在国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用越来越受到社会各界的广泛认同，然而中小企业仍然面临十分严重的资金困境，这与其对经济社会发展的贡献是极不相称的。顺应态势需要，供应链融资应运而生。作为一种新型融资模式，供应链融资在解决中小企业信贷融资难题上可谓独树一帜。因此，很有必要对供应链融资的相关理论作系统性的研究，从而揭示供应链融资的优势及其对改善我国中小企业融资困境的有效性。 本文对供应链融资的特点,主要的融资模式进行了深入的探讨,并总结了供应链融资的现实意义,希望能为解决中小企业融资难问题开辟新的途径。供应链融资是缓解中小企业融资难问题的有效途径。本文在对供应链融资的概念及特点分析的基础上，详细探讨了当前中小企业供应链融资的三种基本模式，并在此基础上提出了相关的优化对策，以完善中小企业的融资渠道。 关键词：中小企业 供应链融资 供应链融资 模式优化 ABSTRACT Small and medium-sized enterprises for national economic and social development in the position and role of social from all walks of life has been more and more widely recognized, however small and medium-sized enterprise still faces serious money trouble, this instead of economic and social development not congruent with the contributions. Conform to the trend needs, supply chain financing arises at the historic moment. As a new financing mode, supply chain financing SMEs credit financing in solving the problem is unique. In this paper the characteristics, main chain of financing mode thoroughly discussed, and summarizes the practical significance of the financing of supply chain, hope to help solve the difficulty in financing SMEs open up new ways.
