鼓泡器装配存在问题
三门1#机组两台鼓泡器装配时存在如下问题：
The following problems come out during assembly of 2 sets of sparger of 1# unit Sanmen project:
贵司采购的物件：结构支撑管管子的直线度较大，不符合图纸要求。对开始装配的三门1#机组两台鼓泡器结构支撑管在与主鼓泡管装配前实测的管子直线度见下表：
Structural support pipe you purchased is severely out of straightness specified by drawing. The actual straightness of 2 sets of sparger of 1# unit Sanmen project we measured in shop please see below table:

Drawing no. SMG-MW01-V6-007 requires straightness of 24 structural support pipe to be 0.3mm.
由于结构支撑管直线度超差，将导致鼓泡器组装后壳体的直线度不能满足规格书的要求：
Since straightness of structural support pipe is out of tolerance, straightness of shell after assembly can no meet the requirements of technical specification.
ADS鼓泡器规格书SMG-MW01-Z0Y-001中“3.5.2(g)结构支撑管、封头、主鼓泡管和大小头组装后的壳体直线度要求偏差不应大于3mm”。
As specified by section 3.5.2(g) in sparger technical specification SMG-MW01-Z0Y-001, deviation for straightness of shell after assembly of structural support pipe, head, main sparger pipe and reducer shall not more than 3mm.
针对以上问题，我公司认为鼓泡器组装后的直线度误差已无法满足规格书的要求，组装后以及鼓泡器最终的直线度只能保证不超过结构支撑管本身已存在的直线度。请贵司给予确认。
In view of the above problems, we think straightness tolerance of sparger after assembly can not meet the requirements of technical specification. We can only assure that sparger straightness after assembly and the final straightness are not more than the existing straightness of structural support pipe itself. Please confirm. Thank you!
