Education The Construction of Evaluation Index System of Secondary Vocational School Teachers-Based on the VB application program design Candidate: Si Jingjing Supervisor: Prof. Li Wenying Special-grade teacher: Yang Jinsheng Academic Degree Applied for: Master of Education Specialty: Education management University: Hebei University Date of Oral Examination: Dec. 2013 摘 摘  要 要 中职教师具有“双师型”的特点，建立适用于中职教师的、合理有效的教师评价指 标体系对促进中职教师自身的发展需要和学校需要的融合、教师心态与学校氛围的融 合，教师现实表现与未来发展的融合，都具有十分重要的意义。 构建中职教师评价指标体系以教师评价理论和教师效能理论为基础，充分借鉴国内 外相关领域评价的有益方法，依托对目前中职教师评价实施情况的调查和对评价中存在 问题的分析，在坚持评价指标原则的前提下，利用问卷法、专家咨询法建立评价指标集 的初始框架，具体由 2 大部分，4 个一级指标，14 个二级指标构成。再利用层次分析法 常用的软件 yaahp version 0.5.0 对一、二级指标进行权重分配。确定评价指标之后，还 要进一步明确指标评价标准，对各指标应达到的水平按照“A”、“B”、“C”、“D”四个 等级做出定性和定量的区分和评价。上述方面构成中职教师评价指标体系的主要内容。 要使指标体系这个相对静态的系统实现动态的运行，并确保科学性和有效性，基于 VB 编程设计，建立了与之相适应的运行流程。这些环节主要包括评价主体的确定、评价体 系的程序化运算和评价结果的分析与应用三个方面。 关键词  构建  中职教师  评价指标体系  VB 编程 I Abstract Abstract Secondary vocational school teachers has the characteristics of double division type, and establish a suitable for secondary vocational school teachers, reasonable and effective evaluation index system of teachers to promote the development of secondary vocational school teachers need and the school of fusion, fusion of teachers mentality and school atmosphere, teachers real performance and the future development of fusion, has very important significance.
