第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV 页 辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计（论文） 160T振动剪切机 摘要 本次设计的是160T振动剪切机。此次设计内容包括总体方案设计、剪切机参数计算、剪切机电机容量的选择、主要零部件的强度计算、润滑方法的选择。其中，剪切机参数计算又包括了刀台、曲轴、连杆、齿轮的计算以及激振器的液压缸、活塞杆、换向阀阀芯和壳体的设计计算剪切机是轧钢车间生产的产品，一般都要经过切头、切尾并切成定尺长度，根据轧件的断面形状和对切断面质量的要求不同，所采取的切断方法也不同，剪切机通常用来切断方坯、扁坯、钢板和一些小型钢材。在此，根据给定参数对160T振动剪切机进行设计计算，从而对160T振动剪切机有一定了解，对剪切机的设计有一定的认识，加深对剪切机的工作原理以及剪切机的设计参数、零件尺寸等的理解，以便以后能对剪切机能更好的运用。 关键词：剪切机；曲柄连杆机构；激振器； 全套图纸，加153893706 160 t shears vibration Abstract The design of vibration shear machine is 160 t. Among them, the parameters are calculated, including the knife cut machines, the calculation of the crankshaft, connecting rod, gear and hydraulic cylinder, piston rod, vibrator reversing valve core and shell design and calculation of the shear machine is the product of steel rolling workshop production, which is typically cut head, cut the tail and cut it into specified length, according to the shape of the cross section of the rolled piece and the requirement for the quality of cut surface, by use of cutting method is different also, shear machine is usually used to cut billet, slab and steel plate and some small steel. Here, according to the given parameters for design and calculation of the 160 t vibration shear machine, thus a better understanding of 160 t vibration shear machine, the design of shearer has certain understanding, deepened to the working principle of shearing machine and shearing machine understanding of design parameters, such as component size, so that to use shear function better in the future.
