Ultimately determine the structure of the die for the longitudinal two pieces of side by side cut open bilateral edge and baffle spacing suppress discharge simulation steps of hop with a bearing plate. Adopt two parts side by side, arrange a molding punch punch, at the same time, two parts of the groove and end forming, and the actual has been two punching parts. The punching punch punching width is larger than the width of the punching part, and the two time punching will not leave the dislocation traces at the intersection. The calculation of the size of the bump, the blanking force of the procedure, the calculation of the total blanking force, the calculation of the center of the punch and the center of the punch are also calculated. Mainly has carried on the structure design of die and punch, suppress discharge structure design of structure design of feeding device, the side guide plate and a side edge and so on.At last, the blanking punch, punching punching die, punching punch and die were designed.
