国际工程项目管理的问题应用研究.doc

摘要文章在介绍项目管理的基础上对我国工程项目管理的现状及主要进行了较详细的分析和总结并针对企业在工程项目管理方面存在的问题提出了一些较具体的加强项目管理研究规范项目管理流程努力实现属地化经营管理加强与国内外大型工程总承包公司的合作加强与当地咨询队伍的合作与配合加强分包管理与协调工作应用网络技术，加强项目进度管理和控制???? 关键词: 管理 人才管理 of Thailand Phuket, this paper detailedly analyzed and summarized the current situation of international engineering project management in China and the main disparities with overseas companies, on the basis of introducing of the international engineering project management, namely: the problem of the talent shortage, the problem of the funds, the supply of materials and equipment, and the claim in the international engineering project management, and put forward some essential proposals in view of the main problems existing in international engineering project management of domestic companies, namely: personnel localization management and strengthening the talent territorial reserve ,strengthening financial management and solving the funding problem, standardizing of the standard materials and equipment management, and enhancing the work on the claims and realizing the claim truly; and also put forward some other essential proposals in international engineering project management of domestic companies, namely: strengthening project management studies and to standardize project management processes, to achieve localization of management, strengthening and cooperating with the domestic and international large-scale general contracting company , strengthening and cooperating with local consultation and coordination team , strengthening the management and coordination of subcontractors, applying the networking technology , strengthening the project schedule management and control. The purpose is that those engineering governor of international engineering project management could draw lessons from them , as well as we can give the help to the governors who are making an international engineering project management, thought working out these key problems.
