中国企业碳减排推动研究 碳减排是当今的热点话题,中国已经是世界二氧化碳排放第一大国,对内消耗了大量能源,对外受到了国际社会的巨大压力。作为主要排放者的企业必须施行减排,减少经济活动对气候变化的影响。 本文主要探究了激励中国企业碳减排的手段。首先介绍了与碳减排相关的基本概念,接着分析了中国企业碳减排的现状和不足,接着通过案例了解了企业碳减排的实际做法并分析了激励因素。然后对推动企业碳减排的政策提出了建议,并做了补充说明。 关键字:碳减排 外部性 内部化 Analysis of the Methods to Stimulate Enterprises Carbon Emission Reduction Abstract Carbon emission reduction topical issues these days. As the No.1 carbon emission country in the world, China has consumed a large amount of energy, meanwhile suffering from public opinion from international community. The enterprises, which are the main sources of carbon dioxide, have to reduce there emission to weaken their influences to climate change. This dissertation introduced the related concepts about carbon emission reduction, analyze the reduction approaches of enterprise by techniques and value chain. Then analyze the situation of enterprise carbon emission reduction to find out the shortages. It realizes the methods of enterprise carbon reduction and stimulations by case study. After that it analyzes the policies which can be taken to promote enterprise carbon emission reduction in Externality Theory and makes some suggestions. The conclusion is helpful for the authorities to make policies on carbon emission reduction.
