广西南宁市城市化模式的选择问题研究 摘 要 城市的发展，往往都遵循一定的模式，或以某一优势产业为依托来进行。随着城市化不断地推进，对城市化模式的选择也越来越成为关键的一步。对城市化模式选择的研究，国内外都有较为成熟的经验和成果。但是，如何学习、借鉴理论和经验，就是一个值得探究的课题。随着中国--东盟自由贸易区的建立，作为其前沿城市、中心枢纽，同时也是广西北部湾经济区核心城市，南宁，这个南方边陲古城，在过去的十几年中全速发展，连续几年成为全国发展速度最快的城市之一。本文主要通过介绍国内外城市化模式的研究，分析南宁市城市化模式的发展，得出南宁应该以物流产业为依托、充分利用区位优势和北部湾经济政策来选择符合自身的城市化模式的结论。在本文的最后给出了一些发展建议。 关键词：城市化模式；南宁；产业优势；物流业；北部湾经济区 The Subject of Undergraduate Graduation Project (Thesis) of DLNU Abstract Development of the city tends to follow certain patterns, or relying on a competitive industries. With urbanization continue to promote, the choice of the urbanization pattern has increasingly become a crucial step. There is a more mature experience and results studying the choice of urbanization pattern, no matter at home or abroad. However, how to learn the theory and experience is a subject that worths exploring. With China--ASEAN Free Trade Area setting up, as a frontier city, the center hub, and also the core city of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, Nanning, the southern border of the ancient city,at full speed in the past ten years in development, for several years to become one of the fastest growing cities in nation. In this paper, by introducing the analysis of the mode of urbanization at home and abroad, analysing urbanization patterns in Nanning, coming to Nanning should rely on the logistics industry to make full use of the location advantages, and the Beibu Gulf Economic policy to choose their own pattern of urbanization. At the end of this article gives a number of development proposals.
