论城市规划与交通规划的关系 【摘要】城市交通与城市用地之间存在着互动的轮转关系，因此交通规划与城市规划之间也是密不可分的 文章从城市规划与交通规划相互关系的正反两个思维逻辑即城市过规划决策交通规划和交通规划引导城市规划两个反面来阐述交通规划与城市规划的关系。 首先，在城市规划决策交通规划上，本文从单个城市的城市规划对交通规划的决策和城市群之间的规划对区域内交通规划的决策两个反面谈起，分析了在单个城市规划中出现的一些具体的情况对交通的影响，并以长株潭城市群为例对城市群交通规划进行了深入的研究。 其次，在对交通规划引导城市规划上，从几种常见的国家级或区域级的交通出现方式和网络上对交通引导城市做了总的的说明和概况，再从城市交通规划中的重要的交通设施和枢纽、交通的分担率和城市的内部及延伸的交通网络等对城市的布局及规划的引导进行探讨，最后对城市之间的交通走廊对沿线的城市规划的引导给出阐述。 Abstract：There is an interactive relationship between the rotation between city traffic and city land, so the traffic planning and city planning is also inseparable from the city planning and traffic planning between the pros and cons of the two logical thinking that city planning decision of transportation planning and transportation planning guide city planning two tails to elaborate the relationship between transportation planning and city planning.
