摘 要 本计算书按年处理量10万吨焦油的规模进行初步设计（部分工段）。焦油蒸馏采用一塔连续式切取三混馏分(酚油、萘油、洗油的三混馏分)工艺流程。包括主要设备的选择、尺寸的确定、整个车间的平面布置等。 本工段设计的主要设备有管式炉、一段蒸发器、二段蒸发器、馏份塔、冷却器、油水分离器及贮槽。 本工段设计的特点是采用一塔式切取三混合馏份流程。此流程的优点是可使煤焦油中的萘最大限度的集中到三混馏分中，萘的集中度高达95～98%，由于只切取单种侧线馏分，在操作中只要控制塔顶、塔底产品质量合格，侧线位置选用合适后，基本上不用进行复杂的调节，所以在操作上也简单的多。 本文简单介绍了国内煤焦油加工现状及存在的问题和我国煤焦油加工工概况，并着重指出，我国的焦化工业最大的差距是加工规模小，加工深度不够，最后提出了煤焦油合理加工方案初步的设想,以推动我国焦化工业的发展。 关键词：一塔式, 切取三混馏份, 焦油加工发展方向 ABSTRACT This calculate book is according to the scale of one hundred and thousand Ton coal tar every year to deal with (parts of work section),the coal tar distilling process adopts single tower type and fetchs three mixed distilling share(hydroxybenzene;naphthalene;wash oil) process.It includes the choice of the main equipments and size;the plane disposal of all wok sections etc. Main equipments of this work section for designing contain tube type stove, the first section evaporation machine, the second section evaporation machine, distilling share tower. water cooler,grease and water separate machine and store trough. The characteristics of this work section design adopts single tower type and fetchs three mixed distilling share process. The advantage of this process is to make naphthalene in the coal tar utmost to concentrate three mixed distilling share inside, the degree of concentration of the naphthalene can be up to 95～98%, because of it only takes the single distilling share at a side line, so in the operation it only controls the bottom product eligible quality and chooses a suitable side line position. It doesn’t need complicated operation, therefore, it is easy for operating. This paper simple introduces the present state and existent problem of coal tar.It is pointed out that the greatest gap of coking-chemical industry in China is its small scale and simple processing. To promote Chinas coking-chemical industry, several reason-able processing programs are put forward, enhancing coal-tar chemistry research and development in the future. Key words: singl
