摘要 ABSTRACT The single factor test and the orthogonal experiment by using three factors and three levelswere designed for the jujube polysaccharide extractive techonology by Isreincarnated the wave to be auxiliary .The experimental results showed that the optimal extractive conditions obtained was: ratio of liquid to solid in 15:1 , extract at 60℃, 2 hours for two times. The separation conditions obtained were to precipitate Soybean polysac charide by using the four times volume 95% ethanol solution for twelve hours.
