资源型城市可持续发展的营销研究——以淮南市为例 摘要 我国经济体制的转变导致资源型城市在发展上面临着一系列复杂问题，如资源枯竭、生态破坏、社会矛盾等。国内外学者对于资源型城市经济、生态等领域的研究较多，而城市转型、城市营销方面的相关研究较少，对资源型城市可持续发展问题的研究尚未引起足够重视。本文以探究资源型城市转型与可持续发展为主题，以安徽省淮南市作为实际研究分析的对象，试图通过个案分析为资源型城市可持续发展问题出谋划策。本文从国内外学者对于资源型城市可持续发展的理论研究成果入手，结合国内外较为典型的资源型城市在城市转型、城市发展中所运用的模式、采取的措施、取得的效果进行对比研究，总结了它们的先进经验。在此研究的基础上，本文对淮南的基本情况、发展现状、产业结构特征、可持续发展前景进行了深入分析，运用规范研究和实证分析相结合的方法，采用SWOT分析法，对淮南市市产业转型、城市营销过程中的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行了理性分析，借鉴其他城市的成功模式，提出淮南市要实现城市转型，促进城市可持续发展的战略思路和对策建议。 关键词：资源型城市；可持续发展；城市营销；淮南市 Abstract Our country economic system transformation of resources cities face a series of complicated problems in the development, such as resource depletion, ecological destruction and social contradictions, etc. Scholars at home and abroad for the resources city economy, and ecology in the field of study is more, the research concerning the transformation of city, city marketing is less, the study of sustainable development of resource-based cities have not yet received enough attention.
