【中文摘要】 中小学全面开设信息技术课程已经进行十多年了，各地的硬件投入、教材建设和师资配备等基 本进入成熟阶段了。信息技术学科教师从无到有，从不成熟到逐步规范，当前初中信息技术教师平 均教龄lO年左右，正处于瓶颈期，了解初中信息技术教师专业发展现状，对指导和改善信息技术 教师专业发展具有重要意义。本文采用问卷法对辽宁省大连市初中信息技术教师进行抽样调查， 结果表明，当前初中信息技术教师专业理念与师德较差，专业知识较好，专业能力不足。 依据问卷结果，笔者深入基层，与初中信息技术教师和校长进行访谈，找出本地区初中信息技 术教师专业发展存在以下不足：教师教育部门对初中信息技术教师专业发展尚未引起足够的重视； 初中信息技术教师群体的教研和培训明显不足；应当建立新的信息技术教师的考核、评价制度，能 够激发非中考学科教师的积极性；初中信息技术教师对专业发展意义认识不足，参与程度不够。 依据调查结果，经过认真分析，笔者提出促进初中信息技术教师专业发展有如下对策：1．创设 有利于信息技术教师专业发展的外部环境；2．根据实际情况定期进行有针对性的专项培训；3．向 农村和城市非热点学校倾斜，提供符合学校实际的教育教学服务；4．提升自我专业发展的意识， 实现自主专业发展。 【关键词】初中信息技术教师 现状调查 专业发展对策 万方数据 【Abstract] TheInformation curriculumhasbeenset morethan technology ten in up yearsprimary and hardware secondaryschools，the materialsconstructionand investment、teaching teacherstaff indifferent hadenteredintoamature preparation places technologyteachersarosefrom to nothing，fromimmaturitygradually standardized，the current information teachershave junior of technology eightyearsteachingexperience on arenowinabottl average，they eneck thestatusof period，understandingjunior information is in technologyteachers’professionaldevelopmentmeaningful their guiding uses professionaldevelopment．Firstly，thispaper questionnairesconductedasample the information surveyamongjunior teachersinDalianof
