12级工业工程 专业综合课程设计 设计题目 某传动阀门减速器厂的设施布置设计 组员（学号）： 学 院： 安全与环境工程 班 级： 工业1202班 指导教师： 完成日期： 2015-6-12至6-26  摘 要 随着制造业生产方式的转变，许多制造企业需要新建厂区以扩大生产，或者需要对原有的生产系统进行优化。越来越多的企业管理者和工程技术人员开始重视设施布置问题，设施布置包括新生产系统的设计和已有生产系统的优化。对于制造业来说，设施布置是否合理，将对生产系统的运行产生长期的影响。因此，对制造业设施布置设计及优化问题的研究具有重要的意义。首先，本文简单的阐述了设施布置设计的相关理论，着重介绍了系统布置设计方法（SLP）。其次，以某传动阀门减速器厂的设施布置设计 关键字：设施布置；系统布置设计；评价与选择 ABSTRACT With the transformation of manufacturing production mode, many manufacturing enterprises need to build the new plant to expand production, or need to optimize the original production system. More and more business managers and engineering and technical personnel have begun to pay attention to the facilities layout problem. The facility layout includes the design of the new production system and the optimization of the existing production system. For manufacturing, facilities layout is reasonable, will have a long-term impact on the operation of the production system. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the layout design and optimization of manufacturing facilities. First, this paper briefly expounds the relevant theory of facility layout design, and emphatically introduces the system layout design method (SLP). Secondly, to a transmission valve deceleration factory facility layout design as an example, the relevant theoretical knowledge of layout design of application system of new plant facility layout of planning and design, the preliminary scheme. Finally, the evaluation and selection of facility layout scheme is based on the weighted factor comparison method, and the optimal scheme is obtained.
