论声乐学习中的发声练习 彭星 西华师范大学音乐学院 指导老师：毛亚雄 摘要 作为一个歌唱者，想要唱好歌曲，必须通过歌唱发声的练习，掌握歌唱发声的基本方法。在声乐学习的初级阶段，学习正确的发声练习是很有必要的。因为，它是一种有计划、有目的的知觉过程。开始声乐学习，就应该简单扼要地了解歌唱的简单原理，以便帮助我们更快的学习和掌握歌唱的方法。优美、轻柔的歌声是一种良好的音质，然而得到一个良好的音质，科学的发声练习是基本手段，它也是有效改善与发展美化嗓音，提高歌唱能力所必不可少的途径之一。练好歌唱发声，首先要明确发声的标准和要求，以便朝着这个目标，有目的、有步骤地进行发声练习。每个初学歌唱的人，都有一种急于求成的心理，盲目的以为多练多唱，会加快学习的进步，由于歌唱器官的运用和调节不当，往往就容易产生许多种不良的声音，也会造成声带的过度疲劳，反复如此，容易造成嗓音的病变。科学合理的用嗓是提高歌者学习艺术歌唱发声技能和演唱技术水平的基本保障。发声不正确也严重影响歌唱的表现。因此，找出形成各种不良声音的原因而加以纠正和爱护嗓子是十分必要的。对于我们来说，首先要扎扎实实的掌握发声技巧，然后才能致力于艺术表现。我们学习歌唱的目标，就是使“声”和“情”相统一，在演唱时做到“声情并茂”。 关键词：发声 要求和标准 发声练习 不良声音的原因及解决办法 嗓音保护 艺术表现 Abstract As a singer, want to sing good songs, must through the practice of singing voice, master the basic method of singing voice.
