袁林 汽车点火系统故障诊断与维修 BUICK发动机诊断与研究 专业:机械设计制造及其自动化(汽车工程) 学生: 何进 指导老师: 沈辉 完成时间: 2011年6月2 扬州大学机械工程学院 中文摘要 “汽车”这一名词在当今飞速发展的时代,有着举足轻重的位置。它已经成为了人们生活中的一部分,在我国汽车保有量越来越多,车型越来越复杂。尤其是高科技的飞速发展,一些新技术、新材料在汽车上的广泛应用后,给汽车故障诊断与排除增加了一定的难度。现代的轿车发动机由于使用不当或者其它原因产生的故障很多,然而点火系统故障和电喷燃油系统故障是发动机最重要的两个故障,会对发动机产生非常重要的影响。汽车点火系统工作状况好坏直接影响发动机的动力性和经济性，在汽车维修过程中,点火系统故障率相对较高。由于现在的汽车发动机几乎是电子控制燃油喷射型的汽油发动机, 自动熄火的原因很多，首先要分析自动熄火的症状。汽车发动机经过长期的使用后或者人为的原因导致发动机自动熄火，那是什么原因导致发动机自动熄火呢？那就要我们带着问题来探研问题的所在。 关键词: 发动机 自动熄火 诊断分析 检测 维修 熄火故障原因 汽车 点火系统 经济性 动力性 故障诊断 Abstract The term cars in todays rapid development of era, has a pivota position. It has become a part of peoples life in China, more and more cars, car quantities are more complicated. Particularly the rapid development of high-tech, new technology, new material in the bus to the wide application, auto fault diagnosis and eliminate added certain difficulty. Modern car engine failures due to improper use or for other reasons a lot, but ignition system fault and EFI fuel system fault is the most important of the two engine failures, very important impact on the engine. Auto ignition system working condition, directly affecting the engine performance and fuel economy. In the course of maintenance, ignition system failure is relative taller. Due to the current automobile engines is almost of electronic control fuel injection gasoline engine, automatic stall for many reasons, you must first remove automatic analysis of symptoms.
