摘　　要 本文介绍了一个以8031单片机为核心的温度控制系统。即用一台8031单片机及其它外围部件组成电阻炉温度自动控制系统对电阻进行DDC控制，并使系统达到工艺要求的各项性能指标。 为了提高温度控制的精度，介绍了一种利用8031单片机实现的电加热炉温度控制装置的组成及主要功能，对系统控制方法、硬件设计及其软件等都作了详尽的讨论. 本设计以8031单片机为核心组成的电加热炉计算机控制系统，其硬件电路包括检测装置、采样输入装置、控制信号输出装置、执行装置、报警控制装置、温度显示、键盘输入七部分构成。考虑到电加热炉是一个非线性，时变和分布参数系统，所以本文采用PID控制算法。 整个软件部分包括主程序和一些子程序构成，包括运行子程序、采样滤波子程序、温度显示子程序、恒温控制子程序、PID运算子程序、中断服务子程序等。由于整个系统软件相当庞大，为了便于编写、调试、修改和增删，系统程序的编制采用了模块化的结构，即整个控制软件由许多独立的小模块组成，以便于阅读。  8031 single chip computers Temperature control system of electric heating furnace Abstract This text regard electricity heating furnace as target of accusing of , is it confirm electric heating furnace composition of system and control the scheme to come through an analysis of targets characteristic of heating furnace of electricity.
