PAGE 2 PAGE  集美大学诚毅学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 小米互联网生态系统发展研究 届： 2016届 专 业：电子商务专业 　 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导老师： 　 职 称： 　　年 月 日 PAGE 16 小米互联网生态系统发展研究 [摘要] 小米科技是一家运用互联网模式，专注于研发智能产品的互联网科技公司.本文以小米互联网生态系统为研究对象，探索互联网生态系统的各个组成部分及其作用，了解小米互联网生态系统的发展现状。本文运用电子商务生态系统的相关知识，研究了小米互联网生态系统的组成和发展，分析了小米公司多元化发展的战略。根据小米生态系统的现状，对其进行了SWOT分析。本文的突出理论价值在于通过对小米生态系统理论研究，发现了小米生态系统存在的问题，并给出了相应的解决措施。除此之外，还从企业、产品、市场三个方面给出小米公司一定的建议。这些问题的剖析不仅仅是有利于小米生态的健康发展，还对其他电子商务生态的建立和发展起到了一定的启发作用。 [关键词] 小米科技 互联网生态系统 小米生态系统 Rearch on the development of the Internet ecosystem millet [Abstract] Millet technology is a mode of use of the Internet, focusing on the development of smart products Internet technology company.
