As we know, the most important things in modern economy: Economic system, regime and economic risk or instability, what we going to study is the management of FI-A risk management approach. As the financialisation of modern economy and globalization of economy, the financial services industry continues to undergo dramatic changes. Not only have the boundaries between traditional industry sectors, such as commercial banking and investment banking, broken down but competition is becoming increasingly global in mature. Many forces are contributing to this breakdown in inter industry and inter country barriers, including financial innovation, technology, taxation, and regulation. Besides the studying the traditional nature of each sector, a greater emphasis is placed on new areas of activities such as asset securitization, off-balance-sheet banking and international banking. We also should pay close attention to the dynamics of regulation changes. 2. About the Lecturer 2.1 Introduction of the Lecturer My name is Wang guozhong; I graduated from Nankai University and got PH.D Degree of Economics in 2005, and have worked in Economics School of Nankai University for one semester.
