文章编号:1003-4722(2009)05-000 强涌潮地区拉森Ⅵ型钢板桩围堰施工计算方法 陈长明 (中铁大桥局集团第二工程有限公司,江苏 南京 210015) 摘 要:新建杭州钱江铁路新桥位于钱塘江强涌潮地区,该桥部份墩采用拉森Ⅵ型钢板桩围堰施工水下承台基础。拉森Ⅵ型钢板桩贯性矩大,适合作为较深水深的防水围堰结构;钢板桩施工时插大和拔除均较为方便,锁口水密性能较好,可以多次反复使用。该文结合钱江铁路新桥钢板桩围堰施工提出了采用静止土压力代替传统主动土压力计算钢板桩围堰及静止土压力计算方法和计算取值;钢板桩与围堰封底混凝土支撑计算方法及模型、强涌潮下钢板桩围堰计算方法及模型等;可供同类桥梁基础及其他基坑施工计算参考。 关键词: 铁路桥;强涌潮;钢板桩;围堰;计算;施工 中图分类号:U443.162 文献标志码:A Larsen Ⅵ Type Steel Sheet Pile Cofferdam Construction Method Of calculating In Strong Tidal Bore Area Chen Chang Ming (The 2nd Engineering Company Limited of China Zhongtie Major Bridge Engineering Group ,Jiangshu,Nanjing,210015) Abstract: The Hangzhou Qiantangjiang new railway bridge at The strong tidal bore region, part of the bridge pier used LarsenⅥtype steel sheet pile cofferdam construction underwater pile cap foundation. Larsen Ⅵ type steel sheet pile moment of Inertia is bigger , and suitable for the deeper water depth Waterproof cofferdam structure; and Driving or Pull-out are more convenient, Locking and Watertight performance better. In this paper, The Combination of Qiantangjiang railway bridge made of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction , Put forward the use of static earth pressure to replace the traditional active earth pressure; calculation method and value of steel sheet pile cofferdam static earth pressure; the calculation method and model of the back cover bracing of steel sheet pile cofferdam; the calculation method and model under strong tidal bore of steel sheet pile cofferdam. Key words: Railway Bridge, Strong tidal bore, Steel Sheet Pile , Cofferdam ,Construction scheme, Calculated 1.工程概况 新建杭州钱江铁路新桥为18跨一联铁路四线预应力混凝土连续梁,大桥位于钱塘江干流杭州市河段,北岸为杭州市彭埠镇,南岸为杭州市萧山区。 在桥址位置,百年一遇最大涌潮高度2.45m,涌潮压力49kN/m2;十年一遇最大涌潮高度1.96m,涌潮压力32kN/m2。涌潮压力分布形式,在低潮位以上沿垂线方向差别不大,可按矩形分布;在低潮位以下水深范围内按零处理。 2.桥位地质及岩土力学性能 56#墩桥位上部土层为粉土,其下为约1m厚的淤泥质粉质黏土层,土层分布见附图1。 粉土层,黄灰色,潮湿、饱和,稍密~中密,稍具层
