中小企业筹资问题研究 摘要 改革开放以来，我国的中小企业迅猛发展 ，已成为国民经济的重要组成部分，成为我国全面实现小康目标的重要力量，在活跃市场、发展经济、 扩大就业等方面发挥着重要作用。而且，随着市场竞争的日益激烈，中小企业会越来越多，但是由于中小企业规模相对较小、资信度低等客观条件的限制，大多数中小企业资金匮乏，筹资困难，其扩大再生产只能靠慢慢的自我积累，步履维艰，错过发展机会，使得经营困难面临破产。这严重阻碍了中小企业的发展。因此研究中小企业筹资问题就显得尤为重要。本文研究了中小企业筹资渠道、方式，深刻分析了中小企业筹资现状及其筹资难的原因，并且提出了一系列的解决建议及措施。以便给中小企业筹资创造条件，促使中小企业在未来发挥更重要的作用。  Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinas rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and has become an important part of the national economy and become fully realize the well-off society, the important force in the active market and expand employment and economic development plays an important role, etc. And, with the increasingly fierce market competition, the small and medium-sized enterprises will be more, but due to small and medium-sized enterprise smaller low qualification, the objective conditions, the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises limited capital shortage, the difficulty of financing, its expansion can only rely on the self accumulation, slowly, miss inflationary development opportunities, make business difficulties facing bankruptcy.
