我国现代金融机构的风险管理与内部控制 专 业：金融学 学 号：5400108016 学生姓名：简春红 指导教师：谌卫学 摘要 金融业在我国国民经济中处于牵一发而动全身的核心地位，关系到我国经济的良好发展和社会的长治久安，具有优化资金配置和调节、反映、监督国民经济的作用。随着改革开放的大力推进，我国的金融事业取得了显著成就，为国民经济的发展作出了巨大贡献。2006年我国金融业实行全面对外开放以来，随着经济全球化的日益深入发展，外国的金融机构纷纷进入中国市场，这对我国本土的金融机构造成前所未有的挑战和冲击。因此，防范金融机构的风险是目前我国经济发展所面临的最重要的问题之一，这个问题关系到我国国民经济能否健康稳定持续地发展和我国经济金融体制改革能否取得最终成功。我国的金融机构唯有进一步提升自身的经营管理水平，加强风险管理能力，防范和化解风险，才能更好地适应金融业全球化的发展趋势。建立起严格有效的金融风险管理体系是我国各个金融机构都在探索的重要课题。本文从我国现阶段金融机构的发展状况出发，论述我国现代金融机构风险管理与内部控制的现状及存在的问题，剖析了我国金融机构风险产生的原因，最后提出了加强我国金融机构风险管理的对策。 关键词：金融机构；风险管理；内部控制 Abstract The financial industry plays a core role in China’s national economy , which has straight relations to the development of the economy and the stability of the society in our country .It not only has the functions of optimizing funds allocation ,but also can adjust、reflect、supervise the national economy. with the reform and open policy and vigorously promote, our financial industry has accomplished remarkable achievements. It has made grate contribution to the development of our national economy. Since in 2006 our country financial industry has implemented the comprehensive opening to the outside world, as the economic globalizations increasingly further development, more and more foreign financial institutions enter the Chinese market .This creates the unprecedented challenges and the impact to our country native financial institutions. Against the risk of the financial institutions is one of the most important issues in our present economic development. The issues relates to our national economy healthy stable sustainable development and the reform of the economic and financial system getting final success. Only our financial institutions further enhance their own management level and the ability of managing risk , and against and dissolve the risk ,can they better to adapt to the trend of the development of the financial in
