摘 要 随着计算机技能的快速发展,数据库技术作为管理数据的一个有力的技术措施,在各行业中获得愈来愈广泛的应用。本文以一个“人事信息管理体系”流程的策划和操纵系统的开发为背景,具体来讲，就是一个靠Java 和MySql为基本语言编写的管理信息系统进程。该流程经过GUI图形界面前台与后台MySql数据库的链接,并具备规范的数据库应用体系的特性,实现了系统结构与现实生活的紧密布局。 通常，信息管理体系的建设不仅仅是一个应用程序所编写的进程,更重要的事情是在系统的分析阶段和它的设计阶段所真正做的事。这个流程在设计过程应该严格遵守软件工程学的要领,利用分阶段的周期规划进行严格的管理,并着重记录程序的总体设计、具体设计阶段,对程序进行必要的需求迭代,不断地进行必要的修改,并且使用MySQL 的壮大数据库功能进行编写,直至构建出一个完美的可行的体系.并且能够实现简便的适用的查询与维护功能，这样就完成成了“人事信息管理体系”的设计。 关键词 Java MySql 数据库 软件工程 人事管理系统 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of computer technology, database technology act as management data’s powerful technology measure, is more and more widely used..Based on the background of a personnel information management system process planning and control system development, describes the Java and MySql as the language of management information system process. The flow through the GUI interface the onstage and the backstage MySql database links, and it has normative using system, which achieve the tight layout between system and real life. Normally, the construction of information management system is not only an application written in some processes, the more important thing is always done in the analysis part of the real system or its design part. This process should strictly obey the method of software’s designing .And strictly management by using the periodic planning parts, and focusing on the overall design, recording program specific design stages, needs continuous alter to make the necessary changes, and recording to the use of MySQL and database functions to write, to construct a perfect and viable system. Besides, it can realize convenient for query and some maintenance functions, in this way the design of “personnel information management system is completed.
