摘 要 随着我国经济的迅速发展，对能源的需求量将日益增加。而作为我国传统的煤炭是推动我国经济持续健康发展的重要能源保障。煤炭在世界范围内的使用仅次于石油，属于世界第二大使用能源。是我国的主要能源，在一次能源生产和消费中占主导地位。我国正处在全面建设小康社会的现代化进程中，经济的发展对煤炭的需求快速增长。进入21世纪，科学技术有着飞速的发展，伴随着科学技术的发展机械制造技术也有了较大的发展。刮板运输机作为采煤工作面和采区巷道的运煤机械是煤矿使用量最大、消耗量最多的重要设备，是煤炭装运的第一个环节，很大程度上决定了采煤工作面的生产能力和效率。在工程中得到了广泛的应用。它由它由机头、中间部和机尾部等三个部分组成。刮板输送机的工作原理是，将敞开的溜槽，作为煤炭、矸石或物料等的承受件，将刮板固定在链条上（组成刮板链），作为牵引构件。当机头传动部启动后，带动机头轴上的链轮旋转，使刮板链循环运行带动物料沿着溜槽移动，直至到机头部卸载。刮板链绕过链轮作无级闭合循环运行，完成物料的输送。但由于SGW-250型刮板输送机还存在着许多缺点，需要进一步的改进，来进一步提高采煤的效率。它的设计制造涵盖了运动转换，动力传输，变速机构，铸锻件的设计的机械设计及工艺内容。我设计了边双链型刮板输送机，本文首先综合比较了各种类型输送机的特点，根据实际情况选用了边双链型刮板输送机。而后，经过半年的思考钻研对边双链型刮板输送机进行了总体结构设计。对机头传动装置、过渡槽、中部槽、刮板链、刮板、链轮、机尾等主要部件进行了技术分析和结构设计，完成了刮板输送机的整体设计。此次设计的刮板输送机的特点是过煤空间大，消耗能量小，具有很强的适应性。 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Chinas economy, the demand for energy will increase increasingly.
