摘 要 本篇设计主要介绍了DTⅡ皮带运输机的概况,及其主要设计计算过程，同时也介绍了皮带运输机中一些重要零部件。 皮带运输机是以胶带、钢带、布带和其它带型（如塑料带、合成带等）作为传送物料的工具。 其主要设计计算过程如下所示 1驱动力及所需传动功率的计算,其中主要计算 圆周驱动力的计算(包括计算主要、阻力FH,主要特种阻力FS1、附加特种阻力FS2、倾斜阻力Fst) 传动滚筒轴功率的计算;2 传动滚筒、电机及驱动装置组合的选择;3输送带张力计算 ;4输送带张力校核 ; 5凹弧段曲率半径计算;6拉紧装置重垂装置质量的计算;7启制动计算（分别考虑空载、满载）;另外一个重要环节就是要绘图,要完成如下部分绘制胶带机总图、绘制驱装装配图、绘制头架装配图、托辊图。 皮带运输机由皮带、机架、驱动滚筒、改向滚筒、承载托辊、回程托辊、张紧装置、清扫器等零部件组成。在正文作了详细介绍。 关键词 皮带运输机；设计 ABSTRACT This design mainly introduced the DT II belt conveyer survey, and its the main design calculation process, simultaneously also introduced in the belt conveyer some important parts.
