某煤矿双立井固定机械设备选型设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计是以煤矿双立井固定机械设备选型为设计对象，主要是为一个年产120万吨的矿井设计一套经济而配套的固定机械及运输设备，该矿可采煤层为9号煤，煤层倾角为2°到4°，可采厚度为3.3米，采用双立井开拓方式开采，矿井排水高度为280米，正常涌水量为130m3/h，最大涌水量为250 m3/h，最大涌期为65天，矿井风量为114 m3/s，初期负压为3270Pa，末期负压4130 Pa。该矿设计两个采区，每个采区各设置一个工作面。 该毕业设计主要由井底运输设备的选型设计（包括：采煤机的选型、刮板输送机的选型、转载机的选型、皮带输送机的选型、矿用电机车及矿车的选择和辆数的确定等）、提升设备的选型设计（包括：主井提升系统的选型、副井提升系统的选型等）和流体机械设备的选型设计（包括：中央水泵房的布置及排水方案的确定、水泵的选型和泵台数的确定；通风机房的布置及通风机选型和台数的确定；压风机房的布置及压风机的选型和台数的确定等）。 关键词：运输机械 提升机 排水设备 Some coal mine double vertical shaft fixed mechanical device shaping design abstract This graduation project is take the coal mine double vertical shaft fixed mechanical device shaping as the design object, but mainly is one yearly produces 1,200,000 tons mine pits to design set of economies the necessary fixed machinery and the transport vehicle, this ore may mine coal the level is 9 coals, the coal bed inclination angle for 2°to 4°, may pick thickness is 3.3 meters, uses double vertical shaft development way mining, mine pit draining water is highly 280 meters, wells up the water volume is normally 130m3/h, wells up the water volume is most greatly 250 m3/h, wells up the time is most greatly 65 days, the mine pit amount of wind is 114 m3/s, the initial period negative pressure is 3270Pa, last stage negative pressure 4130 Pa.This ore designs two panels, each panel establishes a working surface.
