摘 要 自动化立体仓库是的技术工程。立体货架主要标志，先进设备，计算机控制技术，实现机械自动化，仓库。它占地小、量大、周转快，是集、于一体。 紧接着本文重点研究了各种输送设备的结构设计方案，适用场合以及具体设计计算进行了讨论。并按照其提供的设计方法，综合考虑各种因素，设计出一个小型立体仓库的输送系统。该输送系统的主输送机采用滚筒输送机，回库输送设备采用履带式输送机，出/入库输送机采也用带式输送，换向输送机的主体结构与出/入库输送机基本相同，换向机构采用气动装置。然后分别对各输送机进行了具体的结构设计和计算校核，最后给出设计的最终结果。 关键字立体仓库；立体货架；输送机 Abstract Automated three-dimensional warehouse is one of the multi-warehousing science and technology projects. It mainly marked by high-level three-dimensional shelf to complete advanced handling equipment based in advanced computer control technology as the main means of achieving handling, storage mechanization, automation, new modern warehouse storage management. It has small area and large stocks. The advantages of quick turnover are information collection, storage, management with the integration of high-technology-intensive products. This paper gives emphasis to the configurations of all kinds of transportation equipments，the occasion that suit for and calculations of design and intension checkout. According to design method that provided, making a comprehensive survey, we had designed a mini type transportation equipments of automated three-dimensional warehouse. Transportation equipments are the important conveyable equipments of flow-rack automated storage and retrieval systems. It not only has horizontal and vertical travel model, but also whole case and salver travel model. Whatever the forms of travel, the size and weight of storage goods decides the main parameters of transportation equipments. Moreover, the load rate in unit time is also important. Unit load and flow-rack automated storage and retrieval systems are widely used in the transportation equipments now.
