摘要 中国是世界上最大的水果和蔬菜生产大国，但只有在产后商品化的多家上市约10％的总产，远远低于发达国家 70%以上的水平，由此导致经济效益低下，造成于此的根本原因是采后处理装备落后，尤其是缺乏高端分选设备，而高端设备技术长期被国外发达国家所掌控，国内用户由于价格问题难以大规模采购和使用。为此，研制具有自主知识产权、性价比合理、维护便捷的果蔬分选设备，不仅是产业发展的迫切需要，同时对于打破国外技术垄断，具有重要的战略意义。毕业设计是水果和蔬菜进行分析整理机水果杯形砂轮，设计一个水果杯轮一对四腔模具的塑料模具和使用EMX（模具专家系统的扩展）的PRO / E的设计完成模具塑胶模具进行了分析。成型部分，包括选择和计算过程参数型腔，型芯，如设计，设计过程浇注系统的重要组成部分，冷却系统和其他结构，模具的选择原则的详细描述。 关键词： 注塑模具；PRO/E；EMX Abstract China is the worlds largest fruit and vegetable production country, but after commercialized treatment after mining listed the number of accounts for only about 10% of the total output, far less than developed countries more than 70% of all levels, the resulting economic benefit is low, the root cause of this is post-processing equipment backward, especially lack of high-end separation equipment, and high-end equipment technology mastered by the foreign developed countries for a long time, domestic users due to price problems difficult to mass purchase and use.
