储物桶踏板零件的三维造型机械CAD图纸设计.doc

摘要 本文用Pro/E完成储物桶踏板零件的三维造型设计，论文还对分型面、浇注系统、脱模机构和温度调节系统进行了分析设计，完成了模具三维模型和工程图设计。最后采用MasterCAM软件，完成了踏板的凹凸模数控加工的自动编程，并实现了仿真模拟。 通过设计，综合应用了大学期间的多数基础和专业知识，加深所学知识体系，掌握了应用Pro/E进行塑料模具的设计方法和技巧。采用MasterCAM自动编程，使学生掌握刀路设计及参数设计的步骤和原则。 关键词 CAD/CAM 注射模 工艺设计 MasterCAM Abstract This paper describes that how to complete the pedals 3D design of storage drum.
