The general part is a new design 1.2Mt/a of daihe mine. Daihe mine lies in northeast of Huaibei of An’hui province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 1.3-4.0km ,the width is about 5.6km，well farmland total area is 1.16㎞2.The is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 8.5 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 4.64m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 127.39Mts. The recoverable reserves are 89.87Mts.The service life of the mine is 53.49 years. The normal flow of the mine is113.66m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 191.52 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes the deal lower, for low gas mineral well. The well farmland is two level in shaft well to expand. The working system “three-eight” is used in the daihe mine. It produced 330d/a. This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of banes; 6.The method used in coal mining; 7.Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9.The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.
