摘 要 PET瓶的螺纹盖封口。由于螺纹盖具有封口快捷、开启方便及开启后瓶又可重新旋上瓶盖等优点，所以一些不含气的液料，诸如饮料、酒类、调味料等类似瓶包装的封口中大量采用螺纹盖封口。 为了适应现代包装机高速、高效和高可靠性生产的需要，在广泛吸收国内外先进机型的基础上，本课题设计了全自动拧瓶机。它靠异步电动机带动传送带实现瓶子的输入和输出，中间在传送带上部巧妙地安置了转盘，给旋盖工作带来很大的便利，也大大提高了效率，旋盖装置更是此次设计的关键部件，靠电机带动空心轴以及其以上的机构旋转，同时上部的圆柱凸轮实现旋盖头的升降，旋盖头运用机械式的方法，夹头的另一头联接弹簧，运用杠杆原理实现瓶盖的夹紧。当旋盖头夹紧瓶盖时，上方的电动机启动开始旋盖。本课题的设计不但结构简单明了操作方便，而且实现了从进瓶到出瓶的全部自动化，具有速度可调、定位准确、旋盖可靠、运行平稳、无噪音和不伤瓶盖等优点，克服了传统机构的缺点,总体上达到了我们预期设计的目标。 关键词： Abstract Capping machine is one of the main equipment of the automatic filling production line, which is a kind of sealing machine, and widely used in glass or PET bottles sealed with screw cap. Screw cap with sealing the fast, is easy to open and can be re-opened after the bottle screw cap on the bottle, etc. so some non-gas liquid material, such as beverages, wine, seasonings and the like in a large number of the sealed bottles with screw cover seal.
