节能型人造板热压机液压系统设计 摘 要 热压机是人造板生产中最重要的设备之一。发展人造板产业是提高木材利用率的有效途径，热压机是人造板工艺中极其重要的设备，而热压机液压系统是控制热压工艺的关键。 在本设计的液压系统中，采用斜盘式轴向柱塞变量泵，既能实现液压缸的快速动作，又可以缓慢加压。同时，由于系统采用液控单向阀，通过重力作用实现卸荷。系统最大特色是采用了快速液压缸与主作用缸的配合使用，以达到快速前进，低速缓慢工进的效果，既节省整体循环时间，又保证了板材压制需要的力量。另外，系统中采用液压集成块技术，使得系统结构紧凑,元件密度高,占据面积小，运用灵活方便，又易于实现标准化。 本设计在原有QD实验热压机液压系统的基础上作了进一步的改进，使整个系统结构更加完善，减少了系统的能量损失，使热压机具有更高的稳定性和较高的工作效率，在人造板热压成型生产中性能更加完备。 关键词：热压机；液压系统；变量泵供油；快速卸荷 The design of energy-efficient wood-based panel hot press machine hydraulic system Abstract Hot pressing machine is one of the most important of equipment in the man-made board production manufacturing. The development of panel industry is an effective way to improve the utilization ratio of the wood，hot pressing machine is a very important equipment in the process of man-made board，and the hydraulic system of the hot pressing machine is the key to control hot-pressing process. In this design of the hydraulic system，the swash plate axial piston variable displacement pump, both the fast action of the hydraulic cylinder, and slowly pressurized. At the same time, the system uses the pilot-operated check valve unloading by gravity. The most significant feature of the system is used in conjunction the rapid hydraulic cylinder with the main acting cylinder, in order to achieve fast forward low speed slowly work into effect, saving the overall cycle time, and ensures the plate to suppress the strength needed. In addition，the technology of hydraulic manifold blocks is used in this system，which allow the system structure to be compact，the element density to be high，the occupy of area to be small and can be used flexibly and conveniently，meanwhile，its easy to realize standardized.
