The design reference automated warehouse that is Taiyuangangyu Logistics Engineering Co., Ltd designed and manufactured for Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy Co., Ltd. against characteristics of actual dairy products stored,relying on existing machines, determine the program of the stacker storage of goods, design the overall mechanical structure and various parts of the structure sketch of the stacker, then according to Some experience in the design the undergraduate knowledge,such as : Mechanical design, Mechanical principles, Materials, mechanics, Theoretical mechanics,Manufacturing technology . and review of the design manual (the majority is mechanical design manual) , detailed design calculations the overall mechanical structure and various parts, include : rack, lifting mechanism, running gear, loading platform and fork institutions .in the design process, the purpose is to the achieve main function of the stacker,in the premise of sufficient stiffness, strength, stability and mechanical properties, considered reasonable structure and economics , to the pursuit of modern design requirements.
