Methods: 1. Drug- containing serum preparation: 30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 rats in each group. The medicated serum was obtained by intragastric administration to the SD rats respectively with physiological saline (10ml/kg, group A), Fufang Biejia Ruangan Tablet solution (1.5g/kg, group B), Ling Qi Juan Gan Capsule solution (4.25g/kg, group C2). 2. To detect the apoptosis of HSC-T6 and the expression of Bcl-2/Bax: HSC-T6 induced by 10ng/ml PDGF was incubated at 200ml/L of the each group medicated serum. After 0, 12, 24, 48 hours, the apoptosis of HSC-T6 and the expression of BCL-2, BAX were measured by flow cytometer, and the concentration of TIMP-1, MMP2, collagen typeⅠ/Ⅲ were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ).3.
