我国国土空间治理中生态保护红线的划分 摘要： 生态保护红线是维护人类健康与国土生态安全的最低保障线，同时也是国家为建设生态文明提出的一种底限思维。用创新的思路解决中国环境危机，处理经济发展与保护资源的关系。作为生态环境可持续发展的战略选择，生态保护红线的提出符合时代特征，通过构筑生态保护红线，减少了对自然资源的掠夺式开发、破坏式发展，促进了人口、资源、环境相协调，经济、社会、生态效益相统一。所以本文就我国国土空间治理中生态保护红线的划分做了具体研究，对生态保护红线的基础理论及划定的方法做了阐述，同时结合了我国国土空间治理的实际情况，大致从重要生态功能区、生态敏感区、脆弱区这三部分进行划定。最后得出结论生态保护红线的划定对维护中国生态安全具有十分重要的意义，是中国经济社会可持续发展的基本保障。 关键词：国土空间治理 生态保护红线 生态功能区 Abstract： The ecological protection of the red line is the minimum security line maintenance of human health and land ecological safety, a bottom line of thinking is also the state for the construction of ecological civilization is put forward.
