Through to this heterogeneous steel welding design, further strengthened the designer to weld the craft formulation the elementary knowledge, for designed the more complex welding craft to complete the upholstery. Abstract This design utilization heterogeneous steel welding elementary knowledge, has first analyzed 16MnR, the 0Cr18Ni9 steel weldability, for prevented the weld defect has prepared for; Then has analyzed the heterogeneous steel weld joint characteristic, the attachment ingredient and the control and 16MnR and the 0Cr18Ni9 heterogeneous steel weldability, had determined the attachment form, the welding method, the welding parameter, have drawn up the welding craft instruction book, and has made the corresponding welding craft evaluation, gave the evaluation report, after the analysis has drawn the conclusion.
