HPLC法测定黄芪中的黄芪甲苷含量 摘　要：用HPLC法测定了黄芪甲苷含量.样品从东北黄芪中提取，用色谱纯甲醇溶解并稀释，采用YWG-C18柱，流动相为甲醇，在205 nm下检测，灵敏度为0.1 AUFS,测定了黄芪甲苷的含量.平均回收率为96.1%，RSD为2.15%，结果表明，样品浓度在0.01～0.2 mg/mL之间与峰面积成良好的线性关系.
